And we’ve been busy behind the scenes in our new 46,200-square-foot-manufacturing facility as we continue to work towards expanding our production capacity. With that being said, we are excited to share our progress of expansion advancements in technology and new product development.
With a mind set of “work smarter, not harder” we aimed to provide our manufacturing facility with only advanced, high-precision machining equipment that will powerfully increase productivity. Machines that will give us the power to MAKE MORE. These machines are serviced and programmed by our experienced engineers and machinists to output top quality KAK Industry parts; a staple amongst the firearm industry. We have equipped our team with vast resources to ensure you get the best prices, the right parts, and the fastest turnaround time. All American Made!
Advancements in Product Development
K15 Series of Rifles and Pistols
After over a decade of being the preferred part supplier for OEMs and private builders nationwide, KAK Industry is proud to offer the K15 series of rifles and pistols.
The K15 is all American-made, featuring billet lowers, forged uppers, our in-house button-rifled Melonite barrels, and our in-house 8620 bolt carriers and 9310 bolts. Our KAK MLOK handguard, available in eight different lengths, features MLOK accessory slots on seven faces, and our proprietary barrel-nut locking system that provides one of the most rigid and durable handguard attachment in the industry.
Because we make all our own parts, and have years of feedback from you, our valued patriotic private-builders, we’re able to offer the K15 in several chamberings, and over 50 different configurations to suit any need. Select from a wide range of our most popular options, and we’ll build your K15 rifle or pistol for you.
Complete Lower Assemblies
If you prefer to build or provide your own upper we’re also now offering complete lowers. Choose from the KF-15 Forged or K15 Billet versions. Our complete AR-15 lower receivers are available with either a M4 stock or a Shockwave classic pistol brace, or no stock/brace so that you can choose the perfect one for your build. Looking to add a 9mm AR? No problem, our 9mm versions have a magwell adaptor to accept the ultra-reliable, easy-to-load Colt-pattern mags. Be sure to check out our full line here.
Advancements in Technology
Currently the Missouri facility holds twenty-five high-precision CNC machines, two vibratory finishing equipment machines, three material handling robots, and a three-machine barrel rifling cell for high volume production gundrilling.
